The Podcaster Poll, or PodPoll, is a college football top 25 ranking system in which podcasts from across the country vote for their top 25. The scores are then aggregated by a program and output into a simple ranking graphic.
The Irregularity Index is a mathematical equation which looks at any given ballot compared to the aggregated top 25 and assigns the ballot a score. The scores can be used to determine just how different any given ballot was and which picks were most controversial.
